Refunds.* If having ordered one of my fertility spell packages, you decide to change your mind, then my refunds policy is open for 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase, which means you need to notify me within the 90 day period that you will be returning the talisman/s for a refund.
If a client requests a refund, this will be processed once I have received the returned talisman/s (which must be in the same 'condition' that they were sent out). The flowers sachet and verse do not need to be returned.
The refund does not cover the return postage and the 3 months is from the date of purchase, there are no exceptions to this timeframe.
It is advisable to obtain a Certificate of Posting from your Post Office and consider insuring your parcel in the event of loss or damage when returning items, as I cannot compensate for packages that are damaged or mislaid/lost in transit. Only upon receipt of the returned talisman, that was originally paid for by paypal or credit card, a reimbursement will be made. This refund will be issued to the credit card account or paypal account of the person who originally paid for the fertility spell package
